Singing at St Edburg's
The school Choir took part in 'Children singing for children' with four other choirs at St Edburg's Church.
We held a non-uniform day on Friday 10th November and dressed as superheroes, raising funds for Helen and Douglas House. This charity is based in Oxford, and provides vital services for children across Oxfordshire, including some children at Five Acres.
Year Six Performance - Scheherazade
Year Six performed Scheherazade, their final performance before moving on to secondary school in September. The show was amazingly well produced and well-acted and was a joy to watch. Here are some photographs to give you a flavour of the occasion.

Pupil Voice/Democratic Circle
At Five Acres Primary School we believe that it is vitally important to listen to children and to give them a voice in how things are done. All pupils from Year One to Year Six are involved in our Democratic Circles. We wanted all children to have a chance to be involved in making decisions about the school which directly affect them. Through Circles we want to teach children about how to become active and involved citizens, who have a respect for other people and their opinions.
